Hubei Institute of environmental science undertakes the construction task of ecological red line data of Hubei Province. In order to better implement the "national ecological protection red - ecological red line delineated" technical guidelines on building ecological red line and drawing the actual work, we need to build a geographic information system (GIS) based on the ecological red data display and management platform to display the ecological red line in Hubei province and conduct statistics under multi constraints area. Achieve the purpose of assisting decision-making through relevant analysis and achieve decision-making of other ecological rationality of the project through the correlation analysis, and at the same time to provide ecological red line data which can be dynamically updated, edited and managed.
